“Career” advice
This post from Scott Adams (creator of the popular Dilbert comic) might as well be directed at entrepreneurs, as it goes to the heart of sources of competitive advantage:
Capitalism rewards things that are both rare and valuable. You make yourself rare by combining two or more “pretty goods” until no one else has your mix.
